Colours look wrong?
Some phones re-tint websites and installed apps themselves.
If day mode never turns white, or the Human Design chart looks faded, your browser is probably recolouring the app. In Samsung Internet, open the browser menu, then Settings, Useful features, and switch off "Dark mode for websites" (or set dark mode to "Off"). Chrome users can turn off "Auto dark theme for web contents" in chrome://flags.
How reminders reach you on this device
Everything is worked out here on your device — nothing is sent to a server.
Upcoming windows are still listed below, and nothing you missed is lost — it is shown when you open the app.
Heads upReminders arrive while the app is open

Quiet hours
A reminder that lands inside this window waits until it closes, so nothing wakes you.

Rhythms
- Reminders are worked out and shown on this device.
- In the installed iOS or Android app your phone holds the next 60 reminders, so they arrive even when the app is closed.
- On the web, a reminder that came due while the app was closed is delivered the next time you open it, for up to three days.
- iPhone and iPad only allow web notifications once the app has been added to the Home Screen.
- Nothing about your dates is sent anywhere.
The horizon is scanned one calendar day at a time. A Momentum Window is a local high at +85 or above, a Recovery Window is a local low at -85 or below, and midpoint crossings become Opportunity, Extra-Care or Transition Check-in events.
Each event has a stable identifier built from the profile, rhythm, event type and date, so the same reminder is never produced twice.
