Terms of Use

• A self-reflection tool that calculates rhythm cycles, moon phase, star sign, numerology and Human Design charts from birth details you type in.
• Free to use. There are no accounts for the app itself and no payment.
• Everything you enter stays on your own device. See the Privacy page for detail.
• It is offered as-is, for entertainment and personal reflection.

You must be 13 or over. If you enter someone else's birth details, only do so where that is reasonable and they would not object — those details stay on your device, but they are still their information.

• AI reflections are written by a third-party language model. They can be wrong, generic or inconsistent, and they are not reviewed by a person before you see them.
• Do not rely on them. They are prompts for your own thinking, nothing more.
• Use is free and limited to 10 reflections per device per day. If you need more, contact us at hello@a4gbevisible.co.uk.
• Do not attempt to bypass the cap, script the feature, scrape the app, or use it to generate content for anyone other than yourself.
• We may change the model, change or remove the cap, or withdraw AI access entirely at any time.

• Horoscope readings are written by our own AI reflector from the traditional symbolism of the star sign alone. They are not taken from any third-party horoscope service, astrologer or feed.
• They are entertainment and self-reflection content. They are not advice, not a prediction, and not a statement of fact about you or about the period they cover.
• One reading is written per star sign and period and then shown to everyone with that sign, so nothing in a reading is personal to you.
• Readings are free and do not count towards your 10 daily reflections. We may change, cache, replace or withdraw them at any time.

• Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• Do not use the app for anything unlawful, or to make claims about another person's health, capability or character.
• Do not present output from the app as professional advice of any kind.
• The agent (MCP) endpoint is provided for personal assistant use. Automated bulk access is not permitted.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations match any other tool or tradition. Your saved data lives only on your device, so we cannot recover it if it is lost — use the export option on the My List page to keep your own backup.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, from decisions you make in reliance on it, or from loss of data stored on your device. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes are noted on the release notes page and reflected in the date below. Questions about these terms can go to hello@biorhythmcompass.com.
