Privacy & your data

• You can use every feature without an account. Signing in is optional and only exists so your saved list can follow you between devices.
• Your birth date, the people you save, your couples and your settings are stored in your own browser or app storage on the device you are using.
• While you are signed out, none of that is sent to us, synchronised between devices or backed up anywhere. If you clear the app's data or uninstall it, it is gone.
• We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• Signing in with an email address creates an account used solely to store one private copy of your saved data.
• That copy contains the same information as the device store: names, birth details you entered, couples, reminder settings and preferences.
• It is readable only by your own account. Nobody else, including other signed-in users, can access it.
• Signing out leaves the copy on your device untouched. Ask us at hello@a4gbevisible.co.uk to delete the account copy and we will remove it.

• Your own birth date and any names and birth dates you add under People.
• Couples you create and comparison settings.
• Reminder preferences, including the time of day you chose.
• Your theme choice, chart range and which explanation panels you have opened.
• Any AI reflection you generated is cached locally so it does not need regenerating.

Nothing is sent anywhere until you press Generate. When you do, the app sends only what that reflection needs — the calculated rhythm values for the day, the Moon phase, and for the Star Sign, Numerology and Human Design features the sign, number or chart labels involved — to an AI model through the Lovable AI gateway. First names are included as well, so the reflection can address people by name. Surnames, full dates of birth, birth times and birthplaces are never included in the request.

The reflection returned to you is stored on your device. Use is free and capped at 10 reflections per device per day so the feature stays available to everyone.

Horoscope readings work differently. Asking for one sends only the star sign and the period you chose — no name, no date of birth and nothing from your saved profiles. Each reading is written once by our own AI reflector and stored on our server so everyone with that sign sees the same text, so no request can be linked back to you.

Reminders are scheduled on your own device from data already stored there. Permission is only ever requested when you turn reminders on from the Alerts page, never on load. There is no push server, so we never see when or whether a reminder fired. You can switch them off at any time in Alerts or in your device settings.

The app exposes its rhythm calculations to AI assistants over an authenticated endpoint. Connecting an assistant requires signing in and approving access, and that sign-in creates an account used only for agent authorisation. It does not sync your saved people, and it is not required to use the app.

The website is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard request information such as IP address and user agent in order to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles.

• In the app: remove individual people and couples from the People page.
• Everything at once: clear site data for this site in your browser settings, or uninstall the app.
• There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because your entries never leave your device.

Biorhythm Compass is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It does not knowingly collect information from children, and since entries stay on the device, no personal information is transmitted to us in any case.

Because your entries never reach us, most data rights are things you can exercise directly in the app: you can see everything you have stored, correct it, export it as a JSON file and delete it, all from the My List page or your device settings. If you believe we hold information about you anyway — for example because you signed in for agent access — you can ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to it being processed, by emailing us. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, our lawful basis for the limited processing we do (serving the site, delivering an AI reflection you asked for, keeping an agent sign-in working) is legitimate interests and performance of the service you requested. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

The website and the AI gateway are operated by our hosting and AI providers, which may process requests on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards. We do not use anything you send for AI reflections to train models, and there is no store of your reflections on our side beyond what is needed to serve the request.
